We met with Chris Harrison while he was in our area after a hail storm that caused damage to our roof and vehicles. Chris inspected our roof and suggested we file a claim for the damages. He made the call to our insurance and due to so many adjusters being called in to our area due to the extent of the damage in our area, it took a little while for our claim to be approved. He stayed on top of everything and kept us informed and worked diligently with our insurance. Turns out that our insurance had made a few typos and after a back and forth process with that, we finally got approved. He and his team were exceptionally. Very professional, thorough, fast, friendly, and hard working. With the size and pitch of our roof, I knew it would be days to complete. In just over 48 hours from start to finish we now have a beautiful, damage free roof. So thankful for him and his team. I felt like I needed to do something special for them but did not know what, so I ordered them pizza the last day as they were wrapping up!! Wasnt much but I did appreciate them and their hard work.
