We met with Chris Harrison while he was in our area after a hail storm that caused damage to our roof and vehicles. Chris inspected our roof and suggested we file a claim for the damages. He made the call to our insurance and due to so many adjusters being called in to our area due to the extent of the damage in our area, it took a little while for our claim to be approved. He stayed on top of everything and kept us informed and worked diligently with our insurance. Turns out that our insurance had made a few typos and after a back and forth process with that, we finally got approved. He and his team were exceptionally. Very professional, thorough, fast, friendly, and hard working. With the size and pitch of our roof, I knew it would be days to complete. In just over 48 hours from start to finish we now have a beautiful, damage free roof. So thankful for him and his team. I felt like I needed to do something special for them but did not know what, so I ordered them pizza the last day as they were wrapping up!! Wasnt much but I did appreciate them and their hard work. Republic Roofing & Restoration is an amazing company to work with. I had a leak and they jumped right on it with a temp fix (that was as good as permanent really). Then they came back once we planned out a permanent solution that got into not only roofing issues, but leaking chimney repairs and paint work. Then they also helped with work that I added onto the their scope of work. Pricing was very fair, they were always extremely responsive. Our issues are all resolved and have been for a while now!! My roof looks great! Huge thank you to Jeff Higginbotham! Hes a perfectionist which what I was looking for when it comes to my replacement. He was always on site with his crew! He came to our house to go over the process and to also bring by samples of shingles to choose from. He worked great with our insurance company to make sure they got what they requested. The crew was very friendly and they also covered all windows , landscaping plants and even laid down traps to catch old shingles. The crew was there from daylight to dark both days. A Story of Exceptional Roofing Service The Lexington Condominium Homeowners Association's Board of Directors oversees five three-story buildings, 60,000 square feet of gabled roofs, and 7,000 sf of extensive gutter systems. Republic is a stand up company, I have personally used Trey Clark with Republic Roofing and he has done nothing but take care of us from start to finish. I worked with Trey on getting my roof redone. Trey made sure that the entire process was easy to understand and stress-free. He went above and beyond checking in with me frequently and helping me navigate insurance. We were hit pretty bad by the storms this Summer (2023), and contacted Ben Wolfe with Republic Roofing for an estimate for replacement. This was, no doubt, the BEST decision we could have ever made! Ben made the process so easy for us to understand, and offered much experience in this industry. Republic was extremely professional as well as kind in dealing with the entire process. We were given Steven Biffles contact information by an acquaintance because another roofing company didnt want to deal with our insurance. We called Republic for an estimate to replace our roof. Jordan came out, did the drone surveillance and measurement, and quoted within a few days. They showed up Promptly, the crew started working and with 1 1/2 days my roof was replaced, everything was clean and my roof looks great. I was very happy with the service and quality.

I highly recommend Republic Roofing. They are top notch from start to finish. Their representative Matt Helsel represented the company so well. He started by explaining Republic Roofing commitment to their customers. He did a thorough inspection of our roof, worked with our insurance company and was excellent in his communicating back to us. He helped with us picking out our shingle colors and came by every day to check on the progress. He made sure my landscaping of flowers and scrubs were protected and after it was done made sure their was no things left undone. The roof looks fantastic and we could not be more satisfied. The job was completed in three days and the insurance payout was completed the day after the completion of our roof. I highly recommend this company and will close by saying Great Job!!

My insurance company, Allstate, refused our claim even though their adjuster and my Republic Roofer, Matt, both agreed that we had significant hail damage. Matt worked with Allstate to get the claim approved. Their crew did a great job on install and clean up. Great working with them. I will use them again if the need arises.

Republic's representative met with our insurance company's inspector to make sure all the damage was noted and facilitate our claim. Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Scheduled their crew to arrive less than a week after our claim was approved, showed up on time and knocked it out in just over a day. Very pleased with the results.

My experience with Republic Roofing and Restoration was excellent. Steven Biffle was my salesman, he was honest with us, he dealt with my insurance company for 6 months trying to get them to cover the wind and storm damage we had and he never gave up. He communicated with us to the point I felt like I was his only customer, we felt taken care of and secure in the fact that he was working for us and not against us. I highly recommend this company and especially Steven Biffle, he was straight up and even though the experience was horrible dealing with the insurance company he never gave up fought and fought until we got a new roof covered through the insurance company.

After discovering a leak in the attic, I contacted 6 roofing companies for estimates. Five told me they did not see any damage that my insurance would cover. Most looked from the ground with camera photos. One said he would take photos with a drone but never followed up. Steven Biffle of Republic Roofing & Restoration was the last company that came. Steven was very cordial, professional and came with a ladder and actually got up on the roof and checked it thoroughly, as well as looked in the attic at the leak. My roof is very tall and extremely steep, but to Steven Biffle got up on the roof to check it and did find wind damage and also noted my roof is no longer manufactured-- all reasons it did qualify for replacement by my insurance company. On the day the insurance adjuster was scheduled, Steven Biffle arrived early with truck, ladder, ropes, etc,-- climbed back on the roof and marked the damaged shingles so the insurance adjuster could readily assess the damage. The adjuster concurred with the roofing company that the roof must be replaced. Call Steven Biffle of Republic Roofing & Restoration before signing with another roofing company---you will be glad you did. He will work with your insurance company.
