Asphalt Shingle Roof Repair and Replacement in Collierville and Germantown, TN

Replaced roof quick, completely cleaned up after replacement, looks great

Great experience due to our project manager. Matt explained the process along the way and managed the details perfectly. I would highly recommend.

Matt was a tremendous asset in making this process easy. Communication was clear, expectations established, and process was smooth. Thanks!

Matt Tidwell was very helpful and informative. The crew was great and the roof looks great.

My experience was great with Republic Roofing. Matt Tidwell was my contractor. His word is his bond and he has great attention to detail. He is on top of everything each step of the way. I definitely would do business with him again. This is the way business should be conducted. They will not disappoint.

Very favorable experience. Republic Roofing identified the hail damage and interfaced 100% with my insurance company. Republic project leaders (especially one with initials WW) were excellent plus. They were exceptionally knowledgeable, communicated well and often, lived up to all my expectations and even over delivered, very patient with their explanations, and super friendly. They worked around rainy days and finished the job on time. We had internal water damage due to our previous roof. They recommended a good value painter who handled our internal damage and appearance issues. The roof workers were super nice and worked hard and well. They cleaned up totally as soon as the installation work was completed. I have a ton of confidence that Republic did the best possible roofing job. Not the cheapest, but a best roofer.

We had an outstanding experience with Republic Roofing and Restoration. Wade worked with us for over a year, advocating on our behalf with our insurance company and ultimately helping us get the new roof we needed. Throughout the entire process, Wade was persistent, knowledgeable, and professional. He has an excellent understanding of the insurance process and the laws involved, and he knew how to navigate the challenges that came up along the way. Most importantly, we always felt like he was truly in our corner. Wade and Republic Roofing and Restoration did a tremendous job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a roofing issue, especially when an insurance company is involved. Five stars and well deserved!

Republic Roofing was recommended and Matt Tidwell provided a fair appraisal of our aging roof condition and options for replacement. All discussions were transparent and without pressure. Matt supervised the entire process. Any deviation from the plan was quickly addressed and appropriate adjustments made. Work was done to our satisfaction. Everyone was pleasant to work with and communication was clear as well as timely.

Couldn't be happier with the work done on my roof! The crew was professional and got the entire job done in just under two days. They also provided some repair to rotting wood under the shingles. The finished roof looks fantastic. It's clear they take pride in their work. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company!

Wade and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish! He explained the whole process and broke the estimate down where we could understand everything, and then he was patient waiting for us to come up with our deductible money also. We would highly recommend him and your company to anyone we know who needs a new roof. He also saved us as much money as possible, but made sure the quality was very good!

Our experience with Republic was second to none. We noticed a Republic crew replacing a neighbors roof and observed that the job site was well maintained, the crew appeared engaged and hard working. After our neighbors glowing review we contacted the company to request an inspection. From the first time Blake entered our premises we found him to be knowledgeable and informative. He appeared genuinely interested in providing great service and delivered on that persona. Throughout the process Blake kept us informed of the who/what/when/how of our roof replacement. We are pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Blake and Republic to our friends and neighbors.

Wade wells was very helpful and cordial handling a small issue on our front porch eaves. Great service and highly recommend. Cant go wrong!

I had two hail damaged roofs replaced by Republic in 2025 (my personal home and a rental property). It couldn't have been easier working with Project Manager Matt Tidwell. Matt inspected each roof, answered questions, met onsite with my insurance adjustor and helped to expedite the entire claim process. I highly recommend Matt and his installation team at Republic Roofing.

Chris Harrison made the whole process awesome! Couldnt have had a better person to help me through the process! Would highly recommend him again! Thanks!

Oh WOW! I am so pleased with my new roof! This is the second roof Ive had to put on my house. I can tell you that Republic is an outstanding and trustworthy company. At first my insurance denied my claim but Chris work with them and then they approved it. It is always difficult selecting a company to work on such an important project. With Republic my experience was terrific!

Matt Helsel and his team did a fantastic job! This was the first time for me to deal with an insurance claim and Matt took care of everything and helped us so much! The work they did was quality, efficient and a beautiful finish. I would recommend him to all of our family, friends and neighbors.

We had only been in our home about a year when a storm came through and our roof started leaking. I called 4 roofing companies but went with Chris Harrison, which was the best decision. He was upfront, honest, and on top of the entire process from start to finish. Chris kept in great contact, always showed up when he said he would, and even met with our insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to his hard work and guidance, our prayers were answered with a new beautiful roof. The crew who worked in the heat to get it done were absolutely amazing, and we are so grateful for them also. I highly recommend asking for Chris if you call this company, having the right person helping you makes all the difference. We are so very grateful!

Matt Tidwell did some small repairs on our roof, so when we needed a new roof we called Matt again. He is very personable, answers texts very fast, and will help you through every step of the process. The new roof looks amazing. I would recommend without hesitation.

I now know why I see all of the Republic Roofing signs up in my neighborhood. We experienced several hail and wind weather events in our area in April 2025 and as a result we were concerned about possible roof damage. After talking with my neighbors who were getting roofs inspected and replaced by Republic I reached out to Matt Tidwell to assess any possible damage. Matt was exceptional. He inspected the shingles and roof tin and found numerous damaged shingles. He also walked us through every step of getting insurance to cover our shingle replacement. Not only great job installing but the yard.and flower beds were left immaculate. I am leaving a 5 star review for Matt and Republic.

Excellent service by Matt Tidwell Excellent work

Great experience with Republic and Chris Harrison! Roof looks awesome. Workers showed up at 6 am and worked until 8 pm. They were kind, cleanup was great! This was an insurance claim due to tornado damage. With us having never done this before, Chris was very helpful and process was explained in detail. Highly recommend!

Republic roofing, especially Chris Harrison, has got to be the best option in the Memphis area. Chris went to bat for us over and over to get our roof approved. This took multiple visits to our home and multiple meetings with the adjuster to get us what we were entitled to. He was transparent with us the whole time and kept an open line of communication as well. Once approved, he had a team at our house within days and the team was incredible. They completed our large roof in one day and kept the work area tidy, safe, and efficient. Ive never seen a crew work harder than this one. You wouldnt know they were even there after it was completed. Not a single nail or piece of debris was left behind. I would recommend this company over anybody in the tri state area!

After a hailstorm damaged our roof, Republic promptly came out, did the estimate, and worked with us to get it repaired. Chris Harrison was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process, answered our questions and concerns fully, and saw to it the job was done well. The crew who did the work were hard working and friendly. I highly recommend Republic if you need roof repair.

Chris Harrison came to my house to talk with me about the damage he saw with my roof from previous storms. He was extremely knowledgeable and was there with us step by step. Republics team expertly installed our new roof and made all necessary repairs. Now I have a beautiful roof that I know I wont have any problems with so I dont have that worry hanging over my head. They were extremely careful to prevent any damage to my property. I recommend them highly.

Chris and Republic roofing were great. They were very helpful and walked us through the steps of the roof from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future. I have recommended Chris to several neighbors already. The crew was very polite and worked from morning to night and finished in a day on a pretty large roof. If you are needing a new roof or even just repairs I would highly recommend.

Wade Wells and the entire Republic Roofing crew performed an outstanding job... 5 out of 5 stars! Wade was very informative and communicated everything clearly to us throughout the entire process! The workmanship was great, the entire roof was completed quickly and on-time and the clean-up process was very thorough! I'd recommend Wade and the Republic Roofing team to anyone considering a new roof! Thanks, Wade and Team! - Ryan & Jodi

Shout out to Chris Harrison at Republic Roofing and Restoration! Handled everything related to our insurance claim and now we have a beautiful new roof. The crew did a great job! We highly recommend them!

Wade Wells was so very helpful. He guided me through this process with kindness and understanding.

Great experience working with Wade and the Republic team. The roof looks great.

Republic roofing did a great job with our new roof. Wade Wells was especially patient with us working with our insurance. He explained all the steps along the way. Wade helped from color selection to taking trash off of our property after new roof was on. He made sure to be at our home when the roof was being put on. He also came back to double check the work and ensure there were no nails in our yard after. His team is very thorough with pre and post walk throughs to ensure we were happy. We highly recommend Wade and his team. Brown roof (old). Grey roof (new).

My roof looks great! Huge thank you to Jeff Higginbotham! Hes a perfectionist which what I was looking for when it comes to my replacement. He was always on site with his crew! He came to our house to go over the process and to also bring by samples of shingles to choose from. He worked great with our insurance company to make sure they got what they requested. The crew was very friendly and they also covered all windows , landscaping plants and even laid down traps to catch old shingles. The crew was there from daylight to dark both days. The cleanup was unbelievable! They keep going over and over the property looking for materials, nails etc. We also added the new ventilation shingles to help with the life of my roof. Thats a cool new look to ridges of my roof. Im so proud of it! Trust me, I wasnt looking forward to the roof replacement process but boy was I so wrong!!!! Next door neighbor ask for Jeffs cell phone number this past weekend. We highly recommend Jeff and republic roofing! Make the process enjoyable, just ask for Jeff Higginbotham as your project manager!

Beautiful brand new roof! Chris Harrison was great to work with. He coordinated with our insurance company and got us the reimbursement we needed. He kept us informed and completed the project in a timely manner. His crew was awesome as well, not only skillfully installing the roof, but being careful with the landscaping and thoroughly cleaning up afterward. We have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so. Thanks Chris and Republic!

Chris Harrison was working on a project across the street and came by to let me know that I may have been affected by the same storm. He offered a free roof inspection and found that I had alot of wind damage. He worked with my insurance company and made this the easiest insurance claim i have had. I was able to get my whole roof replaced. Chris was extremely professional throughout. The roofers were on time and efficient. I could not be more happy and highly recommend using Chris Harrison if you want your roof inspected.

My new roof is fabulous! Chris was wonderful to work with during this renovation! He was very professional and informative during the entire process. He was also patient and kind when I changed my mind on shingles and asked him to bring the samples back :) I definitely recommend them for your roofing needs!

Fantastic experience and competitive pricing. Nick Vance was a pleasure to work with and Id gladly recommend their services!

We had an awesome experience with Republic! They were fast and did a great job. I have the best roof in the neighborhood. No lie! Chris Harrison was super professional and really kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

After months of trying to get someone to give us a bid to paint the exterior of our house, I was thrilled with the prompt response from republic roofing. Robby was immediately responsive and had incredible follow-through during the entire job. Were very pleased with how our house looks and will definitely be reaching out again if we ever need anything else from them.

Robby Lear of Republic Roofing was very helpful in assisting me with getting a roof. He came out to inspect a couple of shingles that had blown loose in a wind and noted some significant hail damage around my roof and gutters. He encouraged me to contact my insurance company and worked with the adjuster to show evidence of the damage. I was given a replacement roof from the company. I was VERY satisfied with the work that was done. The workers wer punctual and efficient, The roof looks great. The cleanup was phenomenal after the job. Robbie was available throughout the process to answer questions and was onsite several times to assure that everything was being done well. I have already and will continue to recommend Republic to anyone needing roof work.

Jeff and his crew did a great job. Great communication and work! Thank you again.

We worked with Wade Wells at Republic. Wade was responsive to our questions before and after. The crew showed up when promised, did an excellent job, and finished when promised. Wade and his crew leader then checked the attic to make sure there was no hidden damage from the installation after completion. Republic also installed new gutters that were definitely needed. We found Republic to be competitive and professional.

Very professional and a great value. Matt Helsel, and the other personnel, went above and beyond inspecting other trouble issues with my roof beyond the home addition we had contracted. Very happy!

Republic roofing is excellent. They take their time (although it did not take long) and do it right. Working with the staff was easy and they came when they said. They left my home (the job sight) clean.

A Story of Exceptional Roofing Service The Lexington Condominium Homeowners Association's Board of Directors oversees five three-story buildings, 60,000 square feet of gabled roofs, and 7,000 sf of extensive gutter systems. We are keenly aware of the challenges of maintaining our property. Our roofing, which was between 15 and 17 years old, showed signs of age. Two buildings had experienced leaks, and it was clear that the roofs of the other three buildings were nearing the end of their useful life. To address this, we interviewed three roofing companies in Memphis and obtained bids ranging from $800,000 to $1,200,000 for complete roof replacements. All three companies informed us that filing an insurance claim would be futile. As luck would have it, the Board attended a seminar hosted by Dinkelspiel, Rasmussen, and Mink, a law firm specializing in Homeowners Associations. At the seminar, we discussed our roofing situation with other attendees. We were encouraged to hear about a local roofing company that had successfully replaced roofing and gutters for another HOA, securing full insurance reimbursement. This gave us hope that a similar solution was a long shot but possible. We were given Nick Vance of Republic Roofings name and called him the following day to see if they could assess our property. To our delight, Nick assembled a team of six from Republic Roofing. They arrived promptly the following day, fully prepared to review our roofs and gutters. This was not a typical sales team; it included owners, managers, and skilled workers, all ready to assess our situation and provide immediate feedback. This crew came to work and did not spend time on a sales pitch. Republic Roofing's concern and thoroughness were evident during their inspection. Equipped with ladders, a lift, and a specialized roof-inspecting dronea proprietary tool leased from an independent technology company with insurance company agreementsthe Republic team conducted a comprehensive inspection. The drone footage revealed that our roof damage was due to a recent hailstorm that had affected the Memphis area. This thorough inspection instilled confidence in us, knowing we were in good hands. Republic Roofing's confidence was well-placed. To our immense relief and pleasant surprise, our insurance company agreed with Republic Roofings findings and covered the cost of replacing the roofs, gutters, and required scaffolding for all five buildings. This was a moment of great reassurance and hope for us and a savings of over $900,000. Nick handled all the insurance negotiations on behalf of the BOD and was able to reimburse the entire job from the insurance proceeds. After thoroughly reviewing Republic Roofings credentials and speaking with several of their previous clients, we decided to proceed with them. We enjoyed working with Nick Vance and his team throughout this extensive project and couldnt be more satisfied with the outcome. Nick demonstrated exceptional professionalism in coordinating multiple trades and ensured clear and consistent communication at every stage. His respect for our time and needs made us feel valued and cared for. The BOD never had to repeat our sense of urgency to resolve our roofing situation. Beyond his outstanding project management skills, Nicks commitment to quality craftsmanship was evident in the finished product. The new roofs and gutters exceeded our expectations, and its clear that Nick and his team take great pride in their work. Nick delivered what he promised on time and without a single incident. The Lexington Homeowners Association Board of Directors highly recommends Nick Vance at Republic Roofing for anyone needing a reliable, skilled roofing contractor. His dedication to his craft and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. Lexington Homeowners Association Board of Directors 555 S White Station Road Memphis, TN 38117
